Trying to define an energy exchange is like trying to photograph fireworks – most of what you put in words will miss the highpoints. Timing is everything along with being open to whatever possibilities will take place.
This is what happened last evening on a night of acoustic music and storytelling. The talents of Hayley Jane and Giovanina Bucci together shared their musical prowess along with the stories behind the songs.
Yet the two women shared so much more. Energy – sparkles – zaps of happiness – undefinable moments of clarity came within the poetry of their songs. Pure joy radiated from that stage and that pure joy kicked my creativity into a new high.
I left so hyped up that in on little sleep I wrote over four pages this morning plus am composing this blog! (4 hours of activity and counting in case you are wondering). I am so re-energized that the only time I have moved from this position is to get more water or release more water.
And if I may confess, I was writing a ton before this show, yet I am a sleeper and a dreamer. To wake totally refreshed after so little sleep is a luxury. I attribute this to the vibrations zipping all over the room that brought me to this place.
